Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered Packages

In case a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

We take utmost care to package your jewellery securely. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution. To qualify for an exchange due to damage, please follow these steps:

1. Record a video starting with the tracking slip visible to confirm package details.
2. Continue recording as you open the parcel.
3. Show all items included in the package.
4. Demonstrate the condition and functionality of each item without pausing the video.

Failure to adhere to these steps may result in the denial of your exchange request. Following these guidelines ensures a smoother process for handling any issues.
