Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if the item you received is damaged or not as described in the picture. Exchanges are not permitted for reasons such as personal preference or a change of mind. Please note that the exchange process can take some time, and delivery times will depend on the situation.

To qualify for an exchange due to damage, please follow these steps:

1. Record a video starting with the tracking slip visible to confirm package details.
2. Continue recording as you open the parcel.
3. Show all items included in the package.
4. Demonstrate the condition and functionality of each item without pausing the video.

Failure to adhere to these steps may result in the denial of your exchange request. Following these guidelines ensures a smoother process for handling any issues.

Gifts

- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping

- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
